A North Carolina high school student was accused of slapping his teacher multiple times and insulting her during an argument. recorded in a packed classroom earlier this week.

The young man, identified only as a minor, confronted the educator inside Parkland High School in Winston-Salem, where he violently attacked her, according to a video posted on the social networks.

After the initial shock, the teacher seemed unfazed by the slap as the student continued to speak.

“Do you think that affected me anyway?” the unidentified teacher said, leaning back in her chair, legs crossed.

“Do you want me to hit you again?” the minor asked as he approached the woman threateningly.

“I don’t want it,” the educator responded before being hit again, this time on the right side. Her second blow knocked his glasses off her face.

“What the hell is wrong with you, what you are going to do is continue sitting in that chair because you are a bitch. Nobody even comes, they slapped you,” says the student, apparently singing and dancing.

“Bitch, teach again,” he concluded.

The students behind the camera reacted to the slaps with laughter amid the assault on the classroom.

The school district condemned the student’s behavior.

“This behavior will not be tolerated. At no time is it acceptable for students to put their hands on a teacher in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools,” Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Superintendent Tricia McManus said, according to WXII.

“My focus now is to ensure that our teacher is cared for and has the support necessary to overcome the lasting effects of this incident,” he added.

On Tuesday, a three-misdemeanor secure custody order was issued against the student for battery on a government official.

He was charged with one count of communicating threats and two counts of misdemeanor assault, the Forsyth Sheriff’s Office announced.

“While we all agree that this incident was deplorable and outrageous to the community and community organizations. “We should all be outraged when those who educate us can be attacked,” said Sheriff Bobby F. Kimbrough Jr.

“We must have the highest regard for those who teach and educate our children. Our hope and prayer at FCSO is that we recognize that we, as a community, must put order not only in our community but also in our children. “We are praying for the integrity of those students who witnessed this and the educator involved,” he added.

Parkland High School Principal Noel Keener warned that the student would face disciplinary action along with criminal charges.

Keener also reiterated that the behavior did not reflect the school’s expectations of its students.

“Please know that this video does not reflect our expectations of Parkland High School students. “We are working with district staff to address this immediately and ensure that behaviors like this are not tolerated in our school and district,” she said.
