Through TikTok, El Señor de los Cerros (@elseñordelos cerros) shared a video showing a pair of traffic lights that had allegedly melted after the high temperatures recorded in Monterrey as a result of the second heat wave.

In a 26-second clip you can see two “melted” pedestrian traffic lights, located near the Vía 1 and 2 plazas, in Monterrey.

And although it could be believed that it is due to the temperatures that exceed 44 degrees, and due to which the school schedules have even been modified in Nuevo León starting this Thursday, May 9, the truth is that this event was not due to the heat. .
