“I personally, on behalf of Univisión, apologize for all this confusion, because I saw them happy. I saw them happy. It is very important for this chain to treat our guests with respect and make them feel at home. I hope this never happens again,” Estefan added, revealing that she feels saddened by what happened. For her part, her partner confessed that they are already working to ensure that this situation does not happen again.
