Once again, the actor Cuba Gooding Jr. was accused of sexual assault, on this occasion, the complaint was filed by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.
According to People, Jones said in a lawsuit filed in New York that the “Men of Honor” star began groping him without his consent on a yachtwhere rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was also located.
“He began touching, groping and caressing her legs, the upper inner part of her thighs near her groin, the lower part of her back near her buttocks and her shoulders,” the lawsuit reads.
This statement came to light after the music producer sued Sean “Diddy” Combs for making unwanted sexual advances toward him and forcing him to have relationships with sex workers.
As a result of this investigation, Cuba Gooding Jr. came to light, since Jones alleges that the actor was, in a certain way, preparing for “Diddy” to abuse him.
The documents revealed that the accusation is not only directed at “Diddy”, but also at his family and entourage of collaborators, whom he accuses of not adequately monitoring, warning or supervising the situation.
In 2022, actor Cuba Gooding Jr. pleaded guilty to touch by force to a woman in a New York nightclub in 2018.
Also in 2020, he was accused of raping a woman in a New York City hotel a decade ago, according to court records.
